I coach teens through adults on executive functioning: the real mechanics of starting, planning, following through, and getting unstuck. My clients are often the smartest person in the room who cannot figure out why the room is beating them. We break it down together. Then we build the system that fits the way your brain actually works.
Consulting for Schools
I consult with school administrators on learning services protocols, AI practices, curriculum, assessments, admissions, and enrollment. If your school is building or rebuilding how it supports the students who learn differently, I have spent 25 years inside that work.
